House Plans Library

Welcome to a selection of professionally designed house plans chosen for their architectural harmony with the character of Norfolk's traditional neighborhoods, their range of sizes, suitability for urban lot types, and interiors designed for today's lifestyles.

Affordably priced between $650 and $1200, complete construction plans are readily available from the Plan vendor. Modification of a Plan by the vendor if necessary for compliance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (IRC 2006 Edition), effective November 2008, will incur an additional fee.

Narrow Lots – the standard width for residential lots in Norfolk conform to fifty feet of street frontage. Non-conforming lots narrower than fifty feet incur various zoning stipulations. Refer to the Narrow Lot Solution grouping for house plans meeting the non-conforming lots zoning parameters.
