Since launching the nation’s first redevelopment project in 1951, NRHA has been dedicated to keeping Norfolk’s commercial and residential neighborhoods in great shape. Our redevelopment efforts have ranged from MacArthur Center to East Beach to the downtown Norfolk campus of Tidewater Community College.
