NRHA is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Uniformed Unarmed Guard services for its five (5) Elderly and Disabled Midrise Apartments and one (1) Learning Center located throughout the City of Norfolk, VA.  All interested Contractors who meet the requirements of the posted solicitation are invited to submit a proposal for consideration of contract award.  Amendment A001 Added
