     A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at Sykes Midrise, 555 E. Liberty Street, Norfolk Virginia 23523, on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at 10:00 AM. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
     The scope of work includes all labor, material and equipment necessary to provide selective demolition and patching, automatic entrance, plumbing, lighting, nurse call system, public address system, fire alarm system, access control & security system, and related work as noted in the specifications.
     Bids will be received until 3:00 PM, local prevailing time, Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at NRHA, Housing Operations, 910 Ballentine Blvd., Norfolk, Virginia. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
     Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, will be available Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at Builders and Contractors Exchange, Norfolk, Virginia. Also, a CD will be available from NRHA, 910 Ballentine Blvd., Norfolk, VA for the non-refundable price of Ten and 00/00 dollars ($10.00, cash or check only).  Documents are also available for download at eVA website at:
