The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) requests competitive proposals from qualified firms licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia to provide property management services to Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority’s 4 multifamily housing developments.  NRHA may contract with one or more qualified firm(s) to provide these property management services. Copies of the RFP and detailed information may be obtained from NRHA, 17th Floor, 555 E. Main Street, Norfolk, VA, 23510.  There is no charge for the documents.  The RFP can be faxed or e-mailed to your firm by contacting Joni Stahl @ (757) 314-2087 or jstahl@nrha.us. Proposals are due in person or by mail no later than 4:00 P.M. EST, January 31, 2018, 17th Floor, 555 E. Main Street, Norfolk, VA, 23510, (P.O. Box 968, Norfolk, VA, 23501).
