The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) requests competitive proposals from qualified firms licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  The proposal is seeking qualified firms interested in becoming an investor in the DIGGS TOWN PHASE II DEVELOPMENT project located in Norfolk, Virginia.   Copies of the RFP and detailed information may be obtained from NRHA, 17th Floor, 555 E. Main Street, Norfolk, VA, 23510.  There is no charge for the documents.  The RFP can be faxed or e-mailed to your firm by contacting Joni Stahl @ (757) 314-2087 or jstahl@nrha.us.  or downloaded from this site. Proposals are due in person or by mail no later than 4:00 P.M. EST, July 19, 2018, 17th Floor, 555 E. Main Street, Norfolk, VA, 23510, (P.O.
