  The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) requests competitive proposals from qualified firms licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The proposal is seeking qualified banking firms interested in issuing a Letter of Credit in excess of $6,840,000 for the DIGGS TOWN PHASE I CONSTRUCTION project located in Norfolk, Virginia.  The RFP can be faxed or e-mailed to your firm by contacting Joni Stahl @ (757) 314-2087 or jstahl@nrha.us or downloaded from the NRHA website www.nrha.us or downloaded from the eVA website.  Proposals are due in person or by mail no later than 2:00 P.M. EST, December 11, 2018, 17th Floor, 555 E. Main Street, Norfolk, VA, 23510, (P.O.
