The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA)and the City or Norfolk requests competitive proposals from qualified Virginia-Licensed land surveyors for our professional Annual Surveying Contract.  The surveying services will be on an “as needed” basis pursuant to Task Orders issued during the contract term.  The aim of this RFP is to contract with a firm who will agree to be available to provide services in a timely manner, thereby reducing NRHA’s cost and time for advertising and developing numerous RFP’s and generally increase NRHA’s efficiency in obtaining professional services.  Contract award may be made to more than one offeror.
