The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) requests competitive proposals from qualified financial institutions licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The services will be for a $4,400,000 construction/permanent loan for Grandy Village VI project. Copies of the RFP and detailed information may be obtained from NRHA, 17th Floor, 555 E. Main Street, Norfolk, VA, 23510.  There is no charge for the documents.  The RFP can be faxed or e-mailed to your firm by contacting Joni Stahl @ (757) 314-2087 or jstahl@nrha.us. Proposals are due in person or by mail no later than 2:00 P.M. EST, on August 3, 2016, 17th Floor, 555 E. Main Street, Norfolk, VA, 23510, (P.O. Box 968, Norfolk, VA, 23501).
