This is a formal Request for Quotes for the replacement of door locks at Diggs Town public housing development.

 

NRHA requires the replacement of all locks for each apartment—front door, back door, and storage shed door.  All three doors for each apartment need to be keyed alike.  A master key for all locks will also be required.

 

There are 422 apartments in Diggs Town.  Therefore, 1,266 locksets will be required to be furnished and installed.  An additional 20 locksets shall be supplied as spares.

 

 

 

Specification:

 

Arrow, E series deadlock, grade 2, function 61, finish 03, strike 395, latch 144, 2-3/4" backset, for 1-3/4" door.

Must include housing collar for 1-1/2" bore.

KA/3 MK, 6 pin

Yale GA keyway

4 keys supplied, each set

Keys to be Yale original RN11GA, brass finish

MK and keyset bittings not to be used shall be submitted separately and in a secure manner

 

 

 

Time is of the essence.  Project must be completed within 30 calendar days.

 

Quotes are due no later than Monday, November 21, 2011 at 3:00pm EST.
