The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) seeks proposals from qualified firms licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia for a Rental Assistance Demonstration Physical Condition Assessment (RPCA) and Green Physical Needs Assessment (GPNA) / Energy Audit (EA) of NRHA public housing neighborhoods and properties.  The Contractor is expected to provide all labor and materials necessary to accomplish the Scope of Services contained in the RFP.  The contract will be awarded to a firm on the basis of Experience, Qualifications, Approach/Work Plan, Pricing and applicability of Section 3 and Small, Minority and Women-Owned Businesses.
