Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) will receive bids for the MERRIMACK LANDING SEWER MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS located in the city of Norfolk, Virginia.  Bids will be received until 3.p.m. local prevailing time on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at the office of  NRHA, 910 Ballentine Boulevard, Norfolk, Virginia at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Copies of the contract documents (in a CD format) may be obtained by nonrefundable payment of ten dollars ($10.00) check or money order only, with NRHA, Joni Stahl (314-2087), 555 E. Main Street, 17th Floor, Norfolk, Virginia, for each set of documents so obtained.  A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the office of NRHA, 910 Ballentine Boulevard, Norfolk, Virginia. Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications will be available for review at NRHA, 555 E. Main Street, 17th floor, Norfolk, VA and Builders and Contractors Exchange, Norfolk, VA.
