The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA)  is seeking Class A and Class B licensed contractors to join NRHA’s approved Residential Rehabilitation Services contractor’s bidders list. NRHA is seeking experienced contractors to rehab occupied single family residences.  Applicants must have or be willing to obtain a Virginia State Lead Abatement contractor’s license.
