     A pre-bid meeting was conducted at Grandy Management Office, 3151 Kimball Terrace, Norfolk Virginia 23504, on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at 11:00 AM. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
     The scope of work includes all labor, material and equipment necessary to increase site elevations, improve stormwater management, relocate utilities, mitigation of tidal wetlands and other site improvements as noted in the specifications.
     Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, local prevailing time, Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at NRHA, Housing Operations, 910 Ballentine Blvd., Norfolk, Virginia. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
     Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, will be available Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at Builders and Contractors Exchange, Norfolk, Virginia. Also, a CD will be available from NRHA, 910 Ballentine Blvd., Norfolk, VA for the non-refundable price of Ten and 00/00 dollars ($10.00, cash or check only).  All documents are available for downloading from eVA website at:  www.eva.virginia.gov
