The Scope of work includes all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide Grandy Village Learning Center Entrance Improvements that consists of construction of an open bottom trench drain across the base of the entrance driveway with point wells inside the drain.  A deductive alternate consists of a French drain along the edge of the concrete curb on the landscaped side of the entrance.  Another deduct alternate consists of a piped outfall system from the entrance to an adjacent creek.
