Status: Evaluation

Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) requests proposals from qualified banks, lenders, or other financial institutions capable of successfully financing an Energy Performance Contract (EPC) that will provide significant energy and water savings to NRHA.  NRHA expects to enter into a 20 year repayment term EPC, totaling $13,172,406, with an additional construction term of 18 months, subject to approval from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

One original and seven (7) copies of the proposal shall be submitted to Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority no later than 4:00 PM local time on Friday, March 16, 2012.
