The scope of work includes but is not limited to all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to demolish eight two-story residential buildings, asbestos and lead abatement, site and utility work. The buildings have concrete floors, masonry walls, wood framed roofs, and porches. See the Reference Drawings provided for this project for additional information regarding the construction of the existing buildings.    A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the Diggs Town Gym, 1401 Melon Street, Norfolk, VA on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 10:00 AM. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
