Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) is seeking proposals from qualified persons or groups to provide Community Engagement  programs and activities, for residents of NRHA public housing communities, located throughout the City of Norfolk, Virginia.  The intended purpose is to provide community programs, events and/or services that will encourage residents (of all ages) of low income public housing (LIPH) to address issues that impact the well-being of their neighborhood
