Pre-Bid Conference will be held Wednesday, February 23, 2011 @ 11 a.m. - 2500 Princess Anne Road, Norfolk, VA 23504
 
May 23, 2011 -  Cox Communication will do the infrustraction for the wiring, test
                            and tone. Tenants at this location will be responsible for
                            subscribing to Cox Communication and paying for their service.
                            This will be a 10 year agreement with Cox Communication to
                            provide service to the tenants.  If tenants select another carrier
                            they will have to go through Cox Communication.
