NRHA is seeking proposals from qualified Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to abate and reinsulate, as required, asbestos hazards at designated NRHA properties. All work shall be accomplished in compliance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code, and all other applicable Federal, State and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and codes.
