Mixed Finance Planning, Development, and Accounting Services


NRHA is seeking Proposals from interested strategic financial planners and accounting firms for Mixed Finance Development. Under NRHA’s direction, the successful firm(s) will be responsible for structuring, advising, and implementing development and financing strategies; providing technical assistance related to selection of and working with development partner(s); assistance in preparation of United States Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Mixed-Finance Proposals; assistance in preparation of Low Income Tax Credit Applications (Commonwealth of Virginia); assistance in securing financing; providing development accounting services for construction and/or operations through cost certification and issuance of 8609’s; and providing NRHA with financial options and/or recommendations for achieving its mixed finance housing development goals.
