Revision to Capital Fund Five-Year Plan

The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) intends to revise its 2009 Capital Fund Annual Statement and Five-Year Plan in accordance with the American Recovery and Reinvention Act of 2009. The plan provides details about NRHA’s planned capital and management improvements in its public housing neighborhoods.

Draft copies of the plan will be available from February 9, 2010 to February 18, 2010, on NRHA’s website,, or you may pick up a copy at NRHA’s Housing Operations office, 910 Ballentine Blvd., Norfolk, VA 23504 between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Written comments may be submitted on or before February 18, 2010, to David Heim, Capital Fund Director, at P.O. Box 968, Norfolk, VA 23501-0968.

This process will provide citizens an opportunity to comment on the plan before submission to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
