NRHA Opens Project Based Voucher Program Wait List for St. Paul’s Apartments

Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) will distribute applications on December 21, 2018 for the Project Based Voucher Program (PBV) wait list for St. Paul’s Apartments. This wait list is for one bedroom ONLY. Two bedroom wait list is closed at this time. 

Eligible applicants include:

  • Current participants in NRHA Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program
  • Current residents in NRHA Low-Income Affordable Housing Program
  • Current applicants on wait lists for either above program

Application will be available for download at www.nrha.us on December 21, 2018. If you are unable to download the application, you may pick up the application at 555 E. Main Street, first floor on Friday, December 21, 2018 between 9 am and noon.

NRHA will also provide applications to our partnering agencies: Community Services Board, Endependence Center, Hope House Foundation, Norfolk Division of Social Services, Eggleston Services, Access Aids, and the Office to End Homelessness.

All applications must be mailed to: NRHA Occupancy Department, P. O. Box 968, Norfolk, VA 23501. Hand delivered, faxed, Federal Express or certified mailed applications will NOT be accepted; Fax is accepted as a reasonable accommodation for persons with a disability.  

Applications MUST be received before or POSTMARKED BY January 7, 2019.  Late applications will be ineligible and not accepted.
