Norfolk, VA (June 7, 2016) – Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) is relocating its headquarters office from 201 Granby St to 555 East Main St, Norfolk, VA effective June 27.  Approximately 120 employees will occupy 42,500 square feet, including the ground floor and top three floors of the building, which is anchored by PNC Bank. 

NRHA operations center will remain at 910 Ballentine Blvd. NRHA mailing address will remain the same: PO Box 968Norfolk, VA 23501.

The following departments will be located at 555 East Main Street:

  • Administrative Services
  • Budget and Compliance
  • Client Services
  • Communications & Government Relations
  • Executive Office
  • Finance/ Structured Finance
  • HomeNet
  • Housing Choice Voucher (HCV)
  • Human Resources
  • Information Technology
  • Neighborhood Programs
  • Property Management

The following departments will be located at Housing Operations Headquarters at 910 Ballentine Boulevard: 

  • Design and Construction Management
  • Facilities Management
  • Housing Quality Services
