NRHA Board to conduct work session on HUD rental program

The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will conduct a work session at 2pm November 25 at 201 Granby Street, 12th floor,  to discuss the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program. Gregory A. Byrne, Senior Project Manager with HUD will give a background presentation on the RAD program.
