Norfolk, VA (September 11, 2008) – Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) Board of Commissioners will conduct a workshop on the St. Paul’s Quadrant study with the City of Norfolk’s Department of Planning and Community Development on Monday, September 15 from 8am-12noon.  The meeting will be held at NRHA’s downtown office at 201 Granby Street in the 12th floor conference room.
