NRHA Announces East Ocean View Development Opportunity

NRHA is seeking residential developers for a unique 7.2 acre parcel in the desirable East Ocean View neighborhood with convenient beach access one block from the Chesapeake Bay and immediately adjacent to the proposed 11 acre Bay Oaks Park. 

 

The site is bounded by 5th Bay St. on the west, 7th Bay St. on the east, East Ocean View Avenue to the north and Pleasant Avenue to the south.  

 

This development site offers builders an opportunity to develop nearly two complete blocks of distinctive housing styles that complement the surrounding Ocean View community.
