Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) will be accepting applications for Low-Income Assisted Housing for 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom family communities on Fridays ONLY beginning Friday, December 10, 2010 between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 NOON

Applications will also be accepted for NRHA Grandy Revitalization Community for 3 and 4 bedroom families on Fridays only beginning Friday December 10, 2010.

Some of the criteria to move into Grandy Revitalization are:

*Employed for past 12 months and working 30 hours per week, unless elderly or disabled household.

*Must have acceptable Landlord reference for the last 12 months

*Children must be attending and in good standing as defined by the Norfolk Public School System

*Any household member who is 16 years of age and older and not attending school full time shall be
employed at minimum 20 hours per week and involved in a job training or vocational program.

Applications may be picked up at NRHA’s
Occupancy Department
201 Granby Street, First Floor
between 9:00 AM and 12:00 NOON ONLY.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE MAILED IN AND POST MARKED BY THE U. S. POSTAL SERVICE. HAND-DELIVERED, FAXED OR EXPRESS MAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
