Norfolk shooting leaves 13-year-old boy with life-threatening injuries, police say



A 13-year-old boy is battling life-threatening injuries after he was shot Sunday afternoon in the Young Terrace area of Norfolk, police said. 

Officers responded to a report of shots fired at the intersection of Lincoln Street and East Olney Road about 3:40 p.m., according to a news release. When they arrived, they found the boy had been shot; his name has not been released....
