A story ("Norfolk moves to condemn last 4 spots for ODU project") on Page 11 of Tuesday's front section mistakenly reported the status of property negotiations between the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority and Norfolk Machine and Welding Inc. The parties are only trying to resolve relocation issues, not sales price.
