The City of Norfolk Government invites you to attend a community meeting to share information regarding the timeline for neighborhood revitalization and how it will be included in our annual plan. The meeting will take place TONIGHT, Feb 26, 5pm, at the Basilica of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception, 232 Chapel Street.
