The purpose of this solicitation is to pre-qualify vendors for future pricing competition. This solicitation provides for the submission of documents and forms intended to verify that the vendor meets or exceeds the minimum criteria set forth elsewhere in this solicitation. All vendors which meet or exceed the criteria established in this solicitation shall be placed on a pre-qualification list that may be accessed by several NRHA departments in order to obtain price quotations for various services stated in this solicitation. The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) require the services of qualified contractors to provide Energy Auditing Services and Green Building Verification Services for residential property. Work under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and performing the work required for NRHA properties.
