Applications Available for Project Based Voucher Program and Low Income Affordable Housing Program

NRHA is currently accepting wait list applications for the following:

 

Project Based Voucher Program (PBV) for Banks of Berkley two and three bedroom apartments and three bedroom handicap accessible apartments. Applications are available for download July 13 – noon of September 14, 2017.

2 bedrooms apartments in elderly and/or disabled communities including Partrea Midrise, Sykes Midrise, Hunter Square Midrise, and Bobbitt Midrise. Applications are available for download Thursday, July 13, 2017 until further notice.

Project Based Voucher Program (PBV) for Diggs Town, Grandy Village, North Wellington, and Franklin Arms. Applications are available for download Thursday, July 13, 2017 until further notice.

2+ bedrooms apartments in our Family Communities. One (1) bedroom list is closed at this time. Applications currently available for download until further notice

Those in need of wheelchair accessible, visual or hearing impaired apartment in our Family Communities. Applications currently available for download until further notice
